Quest Dubbo

The apartment had everything we needed, including a washing machine and dryer. The full kitchen was quite well equipped. The beds are comfortable. The best thing about the apartment is the convenient location - we could walk to pubs and restaurants, the shopping street is just round the corner. There is a great place for breakfast just opposite. It's a very short drive to the zoo. The reception staff were helpful.

The hotel is centrally located. There is a supermarket around the corner, two off-licences as well as a range of eating establishments (Australian, Mexican, Japanese and Indian). The Indian across the street is really good and was busy. Secure parking is around the corner - as my husband was working - a comfy chair (office one) would have been lovely, as that is often a standard issue in Quest, but it was OK. The beds were mid comfy. All in all, what was expected.

Staff went above and beyond. There were a couple of things this we did not like about the first room they gave us. Not a big deal, we did not ask for it to be changed, but the receptionist asked us about how was the room and when we mentioned it, we were changed to a bigger room at no charge. The receptionist prepared everything and brought up the new keys herself to our room. She also asked about our plans in town and gave us some guidance about places to eat.

Very clean, room spacious and location is awesome, just walk into town. Staff very friendly and welcoming and very helpful. Customer service was 10/10. Secure car park.

I had booked a studio room and thought they had a full size fridge as I needed a freezer. After ringing to confirm, they upgraded me to a 1 bedroom room which did have a full size fridge. Very grateful for that. Undercover secure parking.
