The lovely lady at reception (Nina??) went above and beyond in every way. She called me the evening before my trip to let me know that my special requests could be met. She went out of her way to ensure this. When I arrived, she called me by my name welcoming me even though she didn't know who I was. She assured me that I could ask for anything if needed until 10pm when she finished. The hotel is very handy to the RSL and Indian restaurant across the road.

Close to the attractions. Only 5-10 minutes drive to Gaol, Observatory, and zoo. Parking was fantastic as it was undercover during the heat and also was secure. Staff responded in expeditious manner to our requests.

Staff went above and beyond. There were a couple of things this we did not like about the first room they gave us. Not a big deal, we did not ask for it to be changed, but the receptionist asked us about how was the room and when we mentioned it, we were changed to a bigger room at no charge. The receptionist prepared everything and brought up the new keys herself to our room. She also asked about our plans in town and gave us some guidance about places to eat.

Clean, secure undercover parking, excellent staff. The gym was small but good with enough equipment to do a reasonable workout. The laundry was very handy and clean with detergent supplied which was great.

Check-in was easy, the receptionists were friendly and warm to the guests. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower is nice also and the kitchen.

I had booked a studio room and thought they had a full size fridge as I needed a freezer. After ringing to confirm, they upgraded me to a 1 bedroom room which did have a full size fridge. Very grateful for that. Undercover secure parking.

Great location, comfortable bed, all amenities provided. The room is decent size. But otherwise it was close to shops and where I needed to be. No water provided during stay but you can buy for 2$ from reception. Otherwise very convenient. I haven't used the parking but they have secure parking in their complex. This place is on the pricier side of Dubbo accommodation options, but it feels like a secure complex/accommodation option.

We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. The main bedroom has an ensuite, AC and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom does not have a TV or AC, but both are in the living area. The kitchen is great for cooking your own meals - it includes an oven, microwave, stovetop, fridge and dishwasher. The second/main bathroom has a shower/bath, a washing machine and a dryer. The main shopping street is just around the corner.

Super generous in size. The room was huuuuuge. Easy to find and access. The receptionist was lovely. There was even a washing machine and dryer. Also a full kitchenette with a fridge, stove and oven.
